The Light - 光

Jesus said to the people, "I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won't be stumbling through the darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life." (John 8:12)

イエス様は　私のひかり
人生の道のりを照らしてくれる
希望のひかり

Jesus is my Light.
He is the Light shining on my way of life which He gives me.

夢や希望を失いかけているとき・・・ When we feel that we lost dream or hope...

愛する人を失ってしまったとき・・・ When we lost our loved ones...

大切にしていたものを失くしてしまったとき・・・When we lost something very valuable for us...

そんなときは
暗闇がおそってくるかもしれない・・・・・・ Then, darkness may cover our life......

クリスチャンになってからも暗闇に襲われて、嘆き悲しみ、涙をながしたことが何度もあった。

Even when I became a Christian, I cried many times because the darkness came into my life.

でも、今は違う。..... BUT, it's different now!!

夢、希望、愛する人、大切にしていたもの、・・・こういったものは、私たちの生活の中で光を与えてくれる。だから、失ったとき、失いそうになったとき、まるで暗闇の中に放り込まれたように思うこともある。

Dream, Hope, Loved ones, precious things we have, ... these things give us "light" in our lives.
That is why, we feel like we are in the deep darkness when we lost them or seem to be losing them.

でも、私たちにはもっと大きな、力強い、すばらしい｢光」が与えられている！
それがイエス様です！

However, we are given BIGGER, STRONGER and AWESOME "Light"!!
Yes! That is JESUS!!!

２００５年３月２５日に洗礼を受けてから１０ヶ月ほどが経ちました。
その間にもいろんなことがありました。
その中で、たくさんのことを学び、クリスチャンとして成長させていただいてきました。

It's been about 10 months after my baptism on 25 March 2005.
Up until now, I experienced many things in my life... good things, bad things...
From all the experiences, I learned lots of things and they were all opportunities to grow in the Lord.

先週から今週末にかけて、イエス様という大きく力づよい光をとても強く感じ、
彼がいてくだされば何を失っても大丈夫！ということを思いました。
こうしてクリスチャンとして強められて成長させていただけたことを自分で感じられるときは、本当に幸せで感謝の瞬間でもあります。
イエス様の存在に、彼の愛に、彼の教えに、彼が与えてくださる強さ、その光に、感謝です！

I felt Jesus' BIG, STRONG Light since last week.
He made me feel sure and confident that as long as He dwells inside of me, everything is alright even if I lose somehting.
This moment when I feel I was strengthened and grown in the Lord fills me with happiness and gratitudes to the Father God.
I really thank God, the Lord Jesus, for giving His Love, Teachings, Strength, and the Light!!!
