それは、お風呂を入れることo(^-^)o 　taking a bath!

毎朝急いでシャワーを浴びて出掛ける私にとって、お風呂を入れてリラックスできることがとってもぜいたく♪
Because I normally take shower in a rush every morning, it is really a time of luxury when I can take a bath and be relaxed.

ただ体を清潔に保つことを目的にお風呂に入るのではなく、リラックスするためにお風呂に入る♪
Babble bathを入れて、泡でいっぱいのお風呂にする♪
大好きな曲をかけて♪
いい香りとともにゆ～ったり。
It is not for keeping my body clean, but it is for relaxing! I make my bath tub with babbles with a nice smell babble bath, put my favourite music on.

本当に幸せな時間♪♪ What a luxurious time…
自分を大切にしてるという感じがする瞬間。
I feel that I take care of myself well every time I take a bath especially for relaxing, taking time for myself.

「自分を愛するように、あなたの隣人も愛しなさい。」（マタイ２２：３９）
Love your neighbour as much as you love yourself. (Matthew 22:39)

「あなたがたの体は、神からいただいた聖霊が宿ってくださる神殿であり、あなたがたはもはや自分自身のものではないのです。」（第一コリント６：１９）
Do you not know that your body is a house of God where the Holy Spirit lives? God gave you His Holy Spirit. Now you belong to God. You do not belong to yourselves. (1Corinthians 6:19)

自分の思いよりも神様のために、誰かのために、と頑張りすぎてしまいがち。
でも、自分のことを大切にすることがとっても大事に思える今日この頃。
自分を愛せるからこそ、相手も愛せる。
自分を愛してあげて、神様の宮である体を大切にすることは、神様を讃えること。

I make a lot of efforts for God and people, as I value God’s will and people rather than my own will, sometimes too much, and tend to make myself weary. But it is really important to love ourselves, too.
We can love others as we love ourselves.
To love ourselves and take care of our body which is God’s Temple is to worship God.

私たちは神様から愛されているから、自分を愛することも、まわりの人たちを愛することもできる。
クリスチャンになるまで、１００％自分のことを好きになれなかった。自分に足りないものに注目したり、悪い部分を気にしたり、自信がなかったり。いろいろあった。
でも、今は神様大好き！みんな大好き！自分も大好き！(^v^)
神様が愛してくれているのだから、自分も大事にしなくちゃ！
今年は、無理をしすぎないことを学んだし、聖霊様の宮であるこの体を大切にすることを学んだなと思う。自分を大切にしたら神様が喜んでくれるんだから♪
2007年も神様とみんなと自分を愛し続けます♪

Because God loves us, we can love ourselves and love others.
Until I became Christian, I couldn’t love myself 100%. I looked at things that I don’t have, think myself ugly and didn’t have confidence… and so on.
But! I love God, I love people, and I love myself now!
We are loved and wonderfully and fearfully made!!!
I learned in this year to avoid overdoing things and to take care of my body which the Holy Spirit dwells. It’s good because we can please God when we take care of ourselves well!
I will continue loving God, people and myself in 2007, too!
